Esta Marie Elwell, 58, passed away at her home in Cedar City on June 2, 2019. She was born on December 29, 1960 to Ted and Madeline Elwell in Upland, California. She graduated from Citrus College in Azusa, California, going on to work as a medical assistant and office manager.\n \nEsta was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and served as a temple worker, and loved family history indexing. She enjoyed fishing, and crocheting dish cloths for the sisters in her ward. She truly loved her dogs, Bosco and Lucy, who gave her many years of love and affection.\n \nEsta is survived by her father, Ted (Laurie) Elwell of Cedar City, Utah and her brother, Joseph (Jennifer) Elwell of American Fork, Utah. She is preceded in death by her mother, Madeline Stabio Elwell.\n \nFuneral services will be held on Friday, June 7, 2019 at 11:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Cross Hollow Stake Center (2830 W Cody Drive, Cedar City, UT). Interment will be in the Cedar City Cemetery under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
