Val Gene Limb, age 59, passed away on May 1, 2010 in Washington, Utah. He was born on April 15, 1951 in Cedar City, Utah to Rex J. and Bernice I. Jameson Limb. He obtained an Associate Degree in Computers and worked as a computer tech. Val was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He loved to do volunteer work, especially at the State Fair. He enjoyed hunting, camping and fishing in the Beaver Mountains along with BBQ cooking. He loved the outdoors, but most of all, he loved his grandkids.Val is survived by his wife, Lydia Annie Adams Limb. His children; Misha Lee (Jeffery) Rogers of North Ogden, UT., Christy (Chris) Raines of Nashville, TN., Bradley Gene (Liana) Limb of Washington, UT., and Casey Dennis Limb of Knoxville, TN. His mother Bernice I. Jameson Limb of Washington, UT., brothers Garth J. (Sandra) Limb of West Jordan, UT., and Russell Dale (Gloria) Limb of Tooele, UT., his sister Vicki Sue (Kevin) Smith of West Jordan, UT., and four grandchildren; Chaelyn, Skylar, Rieley & Alexi. Val will be greatly missed by his family and friends.He is preceded in death by his father Rex J. Limb, brother Roger Bruce Limb and his grandparents.Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at 1:00 pm in the Beaver 1st and 2nd Ward Chapel. A viewing will be held prior to the service on Thursday, May 6th from 11:30-12:30 pm also at the Church. Internment will be in the Mountain View Cemetery under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
